How does a micro pump work?

The gear pump itself functions by using two interlocking gears — a driving gear and a driven gear — that rotate within the pump casing. As these gears turn, fluid is trapped between the teeth of the gears and the casing. The fluid is then carried around the gears and pushed out toward the discharge port. This creates a steady, continuous flow of fluid with consistent pressure.
Instead of traditional mechanical seals, the pump uses a magnetic coupling system consisting of two magnets: the inner magnet connected to the rotor and the outer magnet driven by the motor. The outer magnet creates a rotating magnetic field that causes the inner magnet to rotate the pump’s gears.
